Elementary Tuition

Cedar Crest Academy's Elementary program offers a five-day schedule with tuition of $28,000 for the 2026-2027 academic year, September through June. This program fosters a consistent routine and supports academic, social, and emotional growth.

Your child's instructional hours and attendance requirements will depend on the campus they are enrolled in, as listed below.

• Kindergarten at Park Highland, Northup & Redmond: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Kindergarten - Fourth Grade at Bellewood: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
   
• Annually: $24,700 ( with $500 discount)
• Quarterly: $8,317 (with $250 discount)
• Monthly: $2,810 (plus $10 processing fee)

*The annual and quarterly fees are calculated after deducting the security deposit, which covers one month's tuition, as well as the additional discounts listed above.

Young Preschool

Cedar Crest Academy's Preprimary program features two flexible schedules to suit your needs for the 2026-2027 academic year, September through June. We encourage families to consider our comprehensive 4 or 5 Full Day program, with a monthly tuition of $2,645, which enhances connections with peers and teachers, deepens curriculum understanding, and fosters community integration.

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten

Cedar Crest Academy's Preprimary program features two flexible schedules to suit your needs for the 2026-2027 academic year, September through June. We encourage families to consider our comprehensive 4 or 5 Full Day program, with a monthly tuition of $2,545, which enhances connections with peers and teachers, deepens curriculum understanding, and fosters community integration.

*The annual and quarterly fees are calculated after deducting the security deposit, which covers one month's tuition, as well as the additional discounts listed above.

*Please note that all deposits & fees are entirely non-refundable. 

Yes, we provide discounts to families. However, please note that we do not pro-rate or discount tuition for family vacations, absences, or planned/unplanned school closures. Additionally, discounts cannot be applied to the security deposit, and only one discount can be used at a time. The available discounts are:

• 10% off tuition for single-parent families
• 5% off tuition for each additional sibling

For Elementary and Pre-Primary, a non-refundable security deposit equal to one month’s tuition is required. This deposit will be credited towards tuition for June 2027, along with the education and registration fees associated with the applicant’s grade.

In addition to the security deposit, which covers one month’s tuition for June 2027, there are two one-time fees to consider: the Registration Fee and the Education Fee. Here are the details:

• Registration Fee: $320 for all students.
• Education Fee:
  • $1,200 for Young Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten
  • $2,000 for Kindergarten through Fourth Grade

Additionally, we require families to pay an annual Parent Association membership fee of approximately $100.00 per child. This fee supports the Parent Association in organizing community events at Cedar Crest Academy, including enrichment workshops, family barbecues, the yearbook, and more!

Yes! At Cedar Crest Academy, we believe that a quality education should be accessible to all families. We offer financial assistance for qualifying families to help make our programs more affordable.
