Pre-Primary Teaching Positions
Position: Preschool Assistant
Location: Redmond Campus
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

As a Preschool Assistant, you will work closely with a Lead Teacher to support a small class of 20 students or fewer, helping to foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. Your working hours will vary between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, including responsibilities for both before and after-care.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in an early childhood education setting
- Education: High school diploma required; AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, or CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred
- Certifications: Proof of progress toward relevant WA Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificates
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, kneel, crouch, and sit comfortably on the floor
- State Licensing Requirements: Ability to meet WA state licensing requirements, including:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Food Handler’s permit
- Bloodborne Pathogens training
- Proof of MMR & TB vaccinations

We are looking for a dedicated Kindergarten Assistant to join our team at the Redmond campus. In this role, you will work closely with the Kindergarten teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to support classroom management effectively.
As a Kindergarten Assistant, you will assist the lead teacher in preparing classroom materials, setting up engaging learning activities, and maintaining an inviting classroom atmosphere. You will actively supervise and interact with students during class, recess, and lunch, ensuring their safety while promoting positive social interactions. Your responsibilities will include helping to implement lesson plans, providing one-on-one or small-group support, and managing classroom behavior in a supportive and constructive manner.

We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Bellewood campus. In this role, you will work closely with another administrative team member to support the daily operations of the school. Responsibilities include assisting students, managing break times, answering and directing phone calls, handling general office tasks, and providing support with various administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of administrative or office experience, preferably in an educational setting
- Education: High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and deadlines

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Educational Assistant to join our team at the Bellewood campus. In this role, you will support both Preschool and Pre-K classrooms, assisting teachers and creating a safe, engaging environment for students.
Responsibilities include supervising students, assisting with activities, managing transitions, and providing one-on-one support. You’ll also help with breaks and contribute to our before and after-care programs. This role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact on children’s learning and development.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience working with children in an educational setting (preferably in preschool or pre-kindergarten)
